D. Michael Moore, M.Ed.?

D. Michael Moore spent 20 years on active duty in the United States Navy and another 19 as a Department of the Navy civilian — 39 years total designing, delivering, and managing training in some of the most demanding environments on earth. Along the way, he earned the designation of Navy Master Training Specialist, the service's highest standard for instructional expertise, and completed a Master of Education to back it up.

Across that career, he provided technical instruction and training systems management for more than 7,500 students across 85 courses and training sites worldwide. That experience taught him one thing above everything else: most people are sitting on expertise that could be earning them income — and they have no idea how to package it.
