D. Michael Moore, M.Ed.?

Thirty-nine years with the Department of the Navy: 20 in uniform, then 19 as a federal civilian training professional, finishing as an instructional systems specialist. He has held the Master Training Specialist designation, the military's highest instructional credential, for more than 20 years, and delivered instruction and training systems management for more than 7,500 students across 85 courses and training sites worldwide. He founded Rhynowerks to help veterans and organizations turn deep expertise into training businesses and education systems that hold up. He builds with AI every day, and teaches where it fails before he teaches what it does.

About Rhynowerks

39 Years of Building Training That Works

D. Michael Moore spent 20 years on active duty in the United States Navy and another 19 as a Department of the Navy civilian, 39 years total designing, delivering, and managing training in some of the most demanding environments on earth. Along the way, he earned the designation of Navy Master Training Specialist, the service's highest standard for instructional expertise, and completed a Master of Education to back it up.

Across that career, he provided technical instruction and training systems management for more than 7,500 students across 85 courses and training sites worldwide. That experience taught him one thing above everything else: most people are sitting on expertise that could be earning them income, and they have no idea how to package it.
